Meet Your Bump + Birth Buddy, Bekah

Hey ya’ll, I’m your go-to bump & birth buddy.
It’s undoubtedly one of my favorite roles, next to wife and mama.
There is no doubt that you are the only ones who will always make the best decisions for your baby’s birth. I am honored to assist on your birth team helping navigate rhetoric, options, and express value in your pregnancy and birth vision. I believe all families deserve an informed decision-making advocate. Your birth space is sacred. Being welcome in one the most reverent experiences of your life, is one of my greatest and dearest privileges.

Outside of having the most rewarding career, I’m the wife of a knife-making cattle farmer, and mama to our most favorite little human. I’m formally an ACE certified personal fitness trainer and CHA certified horseback riding instructor. My family lives on and runs a cattle farm with a few horses and a couple of dogs. In the most nerdy way, I could listen to people talk about pregnancy and birth for the rest of my days. I enjoy goofy dancing with our kiddo, country & western music, audible books, podcasts, all the comedies, my husband’s cooking, hunting and going for walks with friends. Morning workouts outside with my kiddo are hands down my favorite. We usually cool down with walks to the pasture to pet our sweet brahma bull, Willie. I’m frequently accused of not being able to resist the opportunity of capturing moments of beauty to look back on with such gratefulness for this life.

I’m constantly in awe and thankful for the companionship built with you and your family during one of the most beautiful seasons of life.
I can’t wait to meet you!

“God, my shepherd!
I don’t need a thing.
You have bedded me down in lush meadows,
You find me quiet pools to drink from.
True to Your Word, You let me catch my breath
and send me in the right direction.
